Crayola Crayons

I headed over to Wal-Mart with an email ad from Toys R Us to price match the great deal on Crayola Crayons 24 pack.  I went to Toys R Us to get an ad, but they didn't have any in stock.  I spoke with the customer service clerk at Walmart to get permission to use the email I received from Toys R Us.

Purchased
40 boxes of Crayola Crayons 24 ct 4 for $1

Used
2 $1 off $5 Crayola purchase

Total w/tax $8.70  This should last for two school terms.

  1. Just so you know the reason they did that is because according to corporate they are responsible to collect all local ads and keep in the store. You do not have to take the ad. I read it online and when I called corporate and the store manager to clarify they said yes. When I went to the store the cashier told me no I asked for a manager and she told them yes it's the store responsibility. It is easier for me to write it down

  2. I thought they were supposed to have the ads in the store as well, but she told me they didn't have the Toys R Us ad. They are also supposed to be at every register, but the weren't. The cashier asked me if she could have my email so she could get the same deal.
