A few things I've learned by shopping at Target is that every thing goes on sale. That is my feeling basically about every clothing item in every store. I never like to pay full price for clothing for the are sure to go on sale. Now whether or not it's still there in your size is another thing altogether. What I have found is that Target Clearance items are marked down based on the last number in the mark down price. If that number ends in an 8, it will be marked down again. If that number ends in a 4 it's the lowest it will be marked down. They also have particular days when they mark down items in the store. Monday-Kids Clothing, Stationary and Electronics
